Hello there my names Jane and IBK are helping me to find a PA. I am chatty and active, I love to go to exercise classes, swimming, biking in Hillsborough Park and doing lots of walking, alongside having a good chat and lunch in a café. I am looking for a like minded individual who I can enjoy spending time with.

I have challenges with my mental and physical health and need a friendly and honest individual who can help in my day to day life. I would also like someone to accompany me to medical appointments and when out doing the activities I enjoy. I am looking for a PA who can keep a good conversation and has a good sense of humour. I need someone with integrity, who can be firm when reminding me to do things like taking my medication yet have good listening skills.

**Weekly tasks might include**:

- Household chores such as helping me to change my bedding and empty my commode, do the dishes etc
- Going out for walks, being aware of potential hazards and helping me to keep my safe
- Accompanying me to activities I enjoy
- Helping me to use public transport and safely get on and off the bus.
- Supporting me to medical appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions and reminding me to take my medication.

**Hours**

The hours for this role will be flexible depending on what I’m doing and can be agreed between us on a weekly basis. No weekend work will be required. This role may be suited to someone who is studying and looking for a flexible role that fits around their coursework.

**Rate of pay**

£15 p/h

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
