We're currently recruiting for an **Health & Safety Advisor **to join our team due to continued growth and ongoing business success.

**About the role**

As an **Health & Safety Advisor,** your role will be
- Reviewing our current Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Processing audits on site
- Compiling statistics and reporting back to senior management
- Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture across sites
- Implementing and managing our health & safety systems
- Maintain and review our current accreditations
- Advise staff on best health & safety practices
- Seeking best practice at every opportunity
- Supporting site teams to help them meet company standards and procedures

**About you**
- Must be self motivated and organised
- Work well in a team in busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills

**Qualifications**
- NEBOSH Certificate in Construction
- 5 years plus in a similar role
- Must hold a full driving license
