Tops Days Nursery in Stonehouse** **is seeking a Level 3 Practitioner to join our team, working on a full-time capacity. This is a warm, friendly nursery located in a fantastic central location meaning it is easy to find and situated perfectly for parents and carers living locally.

The 80 place nursery is fortunate enough to be close to Victoria Park with its six hectares of greenland, a cycle track, playground and even a bowling green, basketball court and football pitch. The nursery run a number of extra-curricular activities including Tops Forest School, cooking school, Boogie Mites, yoga, meditation and much more

**Duties**:
- Support and promote children’s early education and development
- Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepares them for school
- You must be brave and innovative. Don't follow the crowd, do what makes you proud.
- Make accurate and productive use of assessment
- You will preferably have a little quirkiness - If a child request that you be an astronaut navigating a rocketship full of dinosaurs through out of space, you will be the best astronaut you can be
- Develop effective and informed practice
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
- Must not be afraid to dance in the rain, make mud pies, build sandcastles in the snow and explore the local environment.
- Work in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and carers or other professionals
- Be passioned about sustainability and caring for the environment
**Minimum requirement**:
- A flexible option to work 4 days week
