Dishwashers & Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Sweep and mop floors
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a culinary, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Note: This position is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth within the kitchen. Training will be provided.
