Juice is absolutely delighted to be supporting a reputable and forward-thinking business, based in Chippenham, in their search for an Aftersales Consultant to join their successful team.

**DAY TO DAY**:

- Making outbound calls to third parties including councils.
- Tracking figures using Excel.
- Reconciling refunds.
- Sending out invoices.
- Liaising with clients.

**WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE**:

- Someone with a strong telephone manner.
- Someone who enjoys delivering fantastic customer service.
- Confidence in working with numbers and figures.
- Someone who is hardworking, proactive, and has great attention to detail.

**AND FOR YOU**:

- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

- Working hours for this role are Monday-Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with an hour lunch break.
