We are looking to expand our team of Patient Co-ordinators (reception/admin).

The poWe are looking to expand our team of Patient Co-ordinators (reception/admin).

The post holder/s would ideally have previously worked in a GP practice but must be experienced and confident in working in Reception or other busy customer facing role. **We require flexibility to cover Reception shifts between the hours of 8.00am-6.30pm** as per staff rota and ability to cover periods of annual leave and sickness as required.

Must be a good team worker, very efficient and used to working in a challenging and demanding fast paced environment. The role involves a mix of working on reception dealing with patients both face to face and on the telephone, in addition they will be required to carry out administrative tasks which may include registrations, referrals, prescriptions, tasks and document scanning & workflow and any other duties required, full training will be given. Must have good computer and IT skills.

**Salary**: £10.18-£10.42 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- GP surgery: 1 year (required)
