- Bradford Survive and Thrive is an exciting and innovative multi-agency partnership bringing together 3 organisations, Family Action, Staying Put and Women’s Centre Limited who are working together to develop a ‘one system approach’ for families affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. _

We are looking for a Children’s IDVA to provide a range of targeted interventions with young people (13 -17yrs) across the Bradford district, where they are significantly affected by, or at risk of, teen relationship/ family based domestic abuse. You will be part of a service that works with young people to promote their safety and resilience, reduce symptoms of trauma, and empowers them to make positive life choices.

This post is currently funded until March 2025 with the hope that funding will be extended beyond this point.

Your skills and experience

If you have experience of working with young people using evidenced based, trauma informed approaches, an understanding of the impact of domestic abuse and safeguarding, can communicate and engage effectively and have experience of working collaboratively with other agencies, we would love to hear from you.
