CXC EMEA is delighted to be working in partnership with The Auto Group searching for a Telesales Executive.

Hours: 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday No Evenings or Weekends

1 hour lunch break

Salary £25,000, 21 days holiday, day off for your birthday. OTE £35,000

**What you will do**

Carry out welcome calls to customers issued our warranty products by the selling dealer network.

Contact current customers during and after their warranty issued by the selling dealer network who are due to expire.

Contact current customers who have received marketing and have shown interest in renewing their warranty.

Working with the marketing department to analyze any patterns and suggest changes in the current marketing plan to improve customer rejuvenation and conversions.

Create warranties on our standalone CRM system following a successful sale.

Take payments and if applicable set up monthly payment plans.

Complete monthly reports.

Report directly to the Operations Director.

Targets:
Attempt to contact all customers at least 3 times.

Minimum call target

**Salary**: £24,999.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
