HRGO are seeking a AP/AR Assistant working as part of the Freight UK Finance team, the AP/AR Assistant will support the team with accounts receivables and payable processes for two UK companies.
Strong communication skills are paramount as is the ability to engage with the business.
There will also be a number of ad-hoc projects and requests so being able to work efficiently and flexibly will be required.
To be successful in this role you will have some credit control experience combined with excellent people skills.
Main duties:
Ensure all third party and inter company receivables are collected with set credit terms
Liaise with operational and customer service teams to resolve customer queries
Liaise with off-shored team to ensure cash collected is matched against outstanding invoices
Support with AP and Treasury processes when needed.

Supporting with ad-hoc projects
Skills required:
Experience in a similar role
Experience of supply chain and logistics (desirable)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Ability to work at both detail and summary level
Strong Excel skills
Good relationship and collaboration skills
