Catering Assistant

Edwards And Ward are currently recruiting for 3 x Catering Assistant for a Primary school in Sunbury on Thames.

20 hours per week, £10.17 p/h

9.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday **term time only**

Previous catering experience preferred.

The main areas of the role are:

- Prepare food with the kitchen team, set up counters and dining room.
- Clear dining room and wash up
- Help with service of lunches
- To comply with the daily cleaning schedule
- Maintain Health & Safety and Hygiene standards following the current legislation and company and site policy and procedures.
- Ensure that personal appearance and personal hygiene & basic food hygiene, including uniform and footwear are of the highest possible standard at all times, in line with Edwards and Ward Company Policy.
- To participate in all arranged Company Training to improve personal development both in the job and within the Company.
- To provide other duties that may be reasonably required by the Company.
- To adhere to Client and Company policy and guidelines with regard child safeguarding.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.17 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- catering: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
