Job title: Welder Fabricator TIG
Location: Pershore
Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:45 - 17:00 (13:00 on Friday)
Pay: £13.30 - £14.40
Contract: Temp to perm/Permanent
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator with expertise in TIG welding techniques. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components using TIG welding methods. The position is based in Pershore and offers both temporary-to-permanent and permanent contract options.

**Responsibilities**:
" Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine project requirements.
" Measure and mark metal components for cutting, shaping, and welding.
" Select appropriate materials and equipment for each project.
" Set up welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
" Perform TIG welding to join metal components with precision and accuracy.
" Monitor welding processes to ensure proper weld penetration, fusion, and quality.
" Inspect finished welds for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
" Use hand and power tools to cut, grind, and shape metal components as needed.
" Operate other fabrication equipment such as shears, press brakes, and saws.
**Requirements**:
" Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator, specializing in TIG welding techniques.
" Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
" Strong knowledge of different metal types and their welding characteristics.
" Skilled in setting up and operating TIG welding equipment and tools.
" Ability to measure, mark, and cut metal components accurately.
" Excellent welding skills, with the ability to produce high-quality welds.
" Knowledge of welding safety protocols and procedures.
" Familiarity with other fabrication equipment and tools.
