REP-TEC manufacture recycling equipment including balers, compactors, conveyors and recycling robots. They provide a complete end to end solution for their customers, from initial consultation through design & installation, and aftersales service

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of fabrication quality, paint quality, assembly specifications, process adherence, BOM accuracy, and kit accuracy, ensuring compliance with established standards and specifications.
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on finished products to identify any defects or non-conformities.
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and generate detailed reports regarding product quality and any identified issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders regarding quality concerns, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Participate in supplier audits and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality requirements and specifications.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures, aiming for continuous enhancement of product quality and operational efficiency.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and compliance throughout the organization, providing guidance and training to employees on quality-related matters.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and tools.
- Familiarity with fabrication, painting, assembly, and materials used in manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor defects or deviations from specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement corrective and preventive actions effectively.
- Effective communication skills to interact with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

- Dungannon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
