**Role Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman for a full-time, on-site role located in Chelmsford. The Site Foreman will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, supervise workers, coordinate with contractors, and ensure project progress and quality. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and maintain heavy equipment and carpentry tasks.

**Qualifications**
- NVQ in Groundworks
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- Machine ticket
- Dumper ticket
- Strong supervisory skills and communication abilities
- Experience with heavy equipment and carpentry
- Maintenance and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations
