Kitchen Porter

An opportunity has arisen to join our Catering team here at Trefula House as a Kitchen Porter. In this role you will support us to prepare and serve meals whilst being responsible for the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, at all times. Whether you have a passion for making a difference or would like a stepping stone towards a career in catering, we would love to hear from you.

**About you**

We are looking for you to bring:

- Intermediate Food Hygiene plus NVQ level 2/3 in food preparation or the equivalent experience in catering
- The ability to prioritise workloads on a shift by shift basis and be able to participate within a team of catering staff to ensure high quality service
- Discretion and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of our residents

**Salary**:£10.90 per hour

**Working Hours**:17.5 per week = 2pm-7pm 3 days per week, with every other weekend off.

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Base**:Trefula House, St Day, Redruth.
