**Career-makers Recruitment** are looking for a **"Warehouse Admin"** to join our Head office in in **M3, Cheetham Hill**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling transport and liaising with drivers.
- Efficiently manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate onboarding, stock levels and timely dispatch.
- Facilitate clear communication with drivers, transport partners, and clients.
- Handle multiple tasks related to warehouse and logistics, ensuring all operations align with our standards.
- Display resilience when dealing with logistics challenges, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics operations.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Shift pattern**:

- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 - 17:00

Pay rate:

- £10.50 - £10.90 p/h

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.50-£10.90 per hour

**Benefits**:
