**Position overview**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Support the Chief Test Pilot and BT&E UK Leadership Team with the day to day running of the flying/test organisation
- Support to Air System Safety Cases - attending meetings and assessing technical information which contribute to Boeing’s Air System Safety Cases for each aircraft operated
- Conduct of internal Audits - help develop the system for tracking, conduct and reporting of internal audits in order to output Quality metrics and support Air Safety judgement
- Maintain the drumbeat of team meetings alongside taking minutes (the tracking of team decisions and actions) using the Centrik tool
- Maintain the team processes, templates, org structure and list of Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities
- Tracking of team performance and the generation of internal metrics
- Conduct and document Continuous improvement activities for the team

**Essential Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
- Studying a degree course or have graduated a degree course within last 2 years

**Preferred Qualifications **(Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Confident user of MS Office tools particularly Powerpoint, Excel, Word and One Note
- Working towards a business or engineering degree
- Confident and clear communicator
- Self starter, able to work without routine supervision
- Interest in flying and business operations
- Evidence of analytical skills/data analysis
