Lettings Negotiator

Property Shop is an exciting and innovative multi branch independent Estate Agent in East Lancashire.

We are currently going through a strong period of growth, making this an exciting time to join.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and positive, CAN DO Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding property management team in our Accrington office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Looking after a portfolio of properties and clients
- Register potential tenants and arrange viewings
- Being the first point of contact and go to person for all tenant enquiries
- Dealing with any issues or concerns that may arise within the property and/or tenant
- Scheduling works and property inspections
- Raising works orders
- Liaise with contractors
- Management of tenancy contract and renewals
- Updating the inhouse property management system and other systems
- Liaising with the wider team and business

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Prior experience working within the property industry preferred
- Prior knowledge of property functions and management preferred
- Strong levels of customer service and prepared to go above and beyond
- Can-do attitude
- Computer Literate

This is a great opportunity, and you will be joining a very professional and friendly organisation.

Full time 5 days a week 8.30am to 5.00pm with the occasional Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Where you work a Saturday, you can choose to take a ½ a day off in the week or be paid overtime.

Competitive salary - discussed at interview.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
