Rotherham Community Transport provides a range of transport services for older and disabled people who have difficulty using public transport. We also work on behalf of a number of community and statutory organisations providing transport to help reduce social isolation and loneliness among our service users, this enables them to attend events or participate in activities as well as access essential services. We also provide minibus hire for not-for-profit organisations such as charities and community groups.

As well as driving, this role is a hands on caring role where duties include assisting passengers on and off vehicles safely, securing wheelchairs, scooters and other mobility aids. Our drivers will ensure a professional, safe and enjoyable journey for all our passengers.

The successful applicants will be required to follow various company procedures including health and safety and child protection. A enhanced DBS will be required before employment can be commenced. The applicant must hold a Full driving licence class D1 or 101.

Full Time - 37.5-40 Hours

**Salary**: £11.02 per hour
