Opportunity for an Environmental, Health & Safety Graduate to join Forged Solutions Group as a HSE Officer / Administrator.

**About the role**

As the Graduate EHS Officer / Administrator, you will assist the EHS Manager and wider business management team in developing, implementing and maintaining Health, Safety and Environmental standards throughout the site. In addition to this, you will
- Support and advise all department managers in aspects of EHS Management and compliance.
- Work with department managers and employees to implement a positive EHS culture.
- Assist accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing robust corrective actions.
- Assist the assessment of risk of machinery and activities including recommendations for modification.
- Assist with internal and external EHS inspections and audits.
- Assist management in the implementation of new EHS procedures and systems.
- Monitor and analysis of EHS data.
- Waste management and minimization processes.
- Delivering and assisting in training of staff as and when required
- Assist in compliance to all aspects of EHS including ensuring that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements are adhered to at all times.

**About you**

You will be a recent or soon to be Environmental Science Graduate or H&S Graduate. In return, you will receive a salary of £24,000-£28,000 plus fantastic benefits.
