You will joining the Position Reporting Group (PRG) Team that supports the EMEA Head of PRG by performing position reporting functions in EMEA region and supports ongoing project work within the function.
You will form part of the PRG team which is split between London and Birmingham. The team is part of the wider Central Compliance team; and is responsible for the Bank’s compliance with its EMEA large shareholding, short position and takeover disclosure obligations.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Perform position reporting functions in EMEA region, including substantial shareholding, short position reporting (debt and equity), takeover disclosures, issuer requests and monitoring position limits for sensitive industries and restricted securities.
- Familiar with disclosure requirements for jurisdictions for which PRG EMEA is responsible, with key focus on EU Amended Transparency Directive, EU Short Selling Regulation and UK Takeover rules.
- Submit accurate and timely disclosures to regulators, supervisory bodies and issuers.
- Ensure the process undertaken to reconcile transaction and position data in preparation for disclosure notices adhere to the PRG guidelines.
- Respond to enquiries from the Business about the Bank’s disclosure position
**Your skills and experience**
- Experience in a position reporting environment in an Investment Bank or Asset Manager, or with solid experience gained in Business Line Compliance, Control Room, Trade Surveillance, Transaction reporting or Trade Support (Equities or Equity Derivatives) is beneficial
- Good product knowledge concerning Equities and Equity Derivatives
- Strong analytical, workflow and data interpretation skills - intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Previous involvement in enhancing systems to meet complex reporting requirements
- Highly motivated with the ability to work to deadlines
