Starting with a competitive salary of £35,000, which climbs to £36,000, you'll enjoy additional salary increases of £1000 (twice) upon completing internal training, boosting your basic salary to £38,000. You'll play a crucial role. Your responsibilities will involve conducting assessments with clients to gauge how their conditions affect their daily lives. Based on your assessments, you'll create detailed reports that influence their eligibility for disability benefits.

**Your Core Duties**:

- Evaluating claimants
- Producing comprehensive reports based on assessment findings

**To Qualify for this Role, You Must Have**:

- At least 12 months of post-qualification experience as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or 24 months for Speech and Language Therapist or Pharmacist.
- No prior experience as a Disability Specialist required - we provide comprehensive training
