**Your Role**
As our Marketing Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing efforts. Your mission: generating new business and raising DSW's profile through captivating content, strategic campaigns, and innovative approaches. From crafting engaging webinars to managing our digital presence, you'll play a crucial role in our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate on and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with our business objectives.
- Plan and execute monthly lead-generation campaigns across our diverse service lines.
- Curate our social media and digital platforms to capture attention and drive engagement.
- Host customer-focused webinars that showcase our expertise and attract new prospects.
- Seek out exciting PR opportunities, including speaking engagements, press articles, and awards.
- Develop compelling marketing collateral that sets us apart from the competition.
- Take charge of our customer feedback process, ensuring their satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of market trends through in-depth research and analysis.

**Desired Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Ideally, educated to degree level or with prior experience in a similar role.

A proven track record of delivering successful, sustainable campaigns within a small marketing team.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills that captivate audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, social platforms, automated marketing tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- While not essential, a background in Learning and Development, Financial Services, or Recruitment sectors would be advantageous.
- A professional, courteous, and passionate team player who brings innovation and integrity to the table.
