Residential Locum

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a prestigious Cornish law firm.

We are looking for an in-house locum Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our expanding residential property team providing locum cover for property fee earners throughout our offices. You should be able to travel to any of our offices (sometimes at short notice) to provide locum cover for fee earners holidays, sickness and other absences firm wide.

You must have experience in acting for clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions as you will be handling other fee earners caseloads and ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. Due to the high level of client contact required of this role you must possess excellent communication skills.
