Are you passionate about the safety and well-being of others? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Security Officer or as a Door Supervisor, where ensuring the safety and security of our clients is your top priority. The role is open to part-time workers (22 hours per week) looking to boost their income alongside full-time 40-hour-per-week positions for a fixed term of 9 months. Job shares and flexible working arrangements will be considered. Whilst these roles are PAYE, self-employed workers are also welcome to join the team.

You must possess a current driving licence, a valid SIA Close Protection/Door Supervisor/Security Guarding licence alongside Emergency First Aid to qualify for this position, and you must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.

At the IBAUK, you'll be part of a one-of-a-kind team culture and have the opportunity to work in Swindon and other locations across the Southwest.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

- Maintaining a visible security presence on-site.
- Checking visitors and service users in and out of the site.
- Being proactive, vigilant, and responsive.

Your excellent customer service skills will help you build rapport with clients and service users. You may act as a door supervisor on licensed premises or as a security guard in other roles. Responding to emergency calls and providing on-site information and local guidance to the team and customers are also part of your role.
