We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced **Sales & Booking Agent **based at our York Office. This position is to join our Sales team and help convert enquiries into bookings for our network of highly skilled trainers. You will work closely with our Admin & Management team to ensure Clients receive an exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities for a Sales & Booking Agent**:

- Inbound and Outbound calls to prospective Clients who have all made enquiries with us - red hot leads
- Calls to previous Clients of the Company who we haven't heard from in a while.
- Input on marketing and strategy development; coming up with ideas and initiatives to increase bookings.
- Actively build, manage and maintain your own workload
- To complete any additional tasks deemed necessary

**Key Skills of a Sales Executive**:

- Minimum 3 years Sales experience within a professional sales environment
- Being articulate and confident when on the phone
- Target driven attitude to working towards targets

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
