We are currently recruiting for a Transport Planner for our fantastic client based in Brentwood. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join their team. You will be working for a leading Medical company supportingin the planning of drivers, routes, compliance and client relationship building. This would be working 4 on 4 off 08:00am - 20:00.

**Role Duties**:

- Contacting drivers at the start of the shift to confirm their movements.
- Monitoring drivers movements to ensure drivers arrive at their correct destination and that moves are carried out to plan
- Inputting the number of customer moves onto the relevant spreadsheets
- Calculate and log mileage of vehicles.
- Assisting with the daily vehicle planning in line with customer requirements
- Issuing of site maps to drivers as required
- Raising subcontractor requests for any fleet work undertaken and input these onto the website

**Essential Skills**:

- Working in a fast pace environment planning of over 50 + routes
- Experience in driver compliance
