We are currently working on a Temporary position for a Timesheet Administrator to assist with data entry tasks.

**About the role**
- Processing Medical Locum Timesheets for UH Sussex Medical Locums ( working to a 3-day SLA and other strict deadlines )
- Ensure Doctors are paid on time
- Checking the rate table, entering shifts into the system, checking timesheets for accuracy, calculating rates, and entering the information onto a spreadsheet
- Dealing with queries raised by Doctors if feel they have not been paid correctly

**About you**
- Knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail is essential
- Previous data entry knowledge
- Ability to use own iniciative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £11.67-£12.45 per hour

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brighton, East Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
