I am currently recruiting for an experienced Care Coordinator to join my client at their complex care service in Loughton. Salary £26K.
Our client, is an energetic organisation that provides the best support for those requiring complex care, including those living with an acquired brain injury or spinal injury. They are a family run business that has fantastic values and don't only supporttheir clients, but also support their staff.
Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for an ambitious, organised, and driven Care Coordinator who is looking to join a progressive and nurturing organisation.
**The Role;** As the Care Coordinator you will:

- Be responsible for a team of staff who you will need to regularly liaise with to ensure all calls are covered and attended.
- Be responsible in organising the rotas by matching care staff and nurses with clients.
- Participate in holding the on-call phone, point of contact only, 1 week in 8, NO hands-on care.

**The Person;** To be considered for the Care Coordinator role, you will need:

- Previous scheduling experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of domiciliary care.
- Clear communication skills.
- Passion to make a difference.
