An opportunity has arisen for a USA Trainee Accounts Assistant to join the team within the SYR Finance Team based in UK. Reporting to the USA Finance Manager (based in UK), the successful applicant will provide general support to the Team and, although not exhaustive, will also be responsible for:

- Local Stock Invoices, Chasing outstanding queries
- Scanning/Filing Various
- Updating cashbook with supplier payments
- Bank rec's USD
- Clearing the PL Inbox
- Credit Notes for Local Stock companies
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Customer Credit notes
- Various Monthly Reports for Management and Sales Managers
- Keeping Shared Outlook Inbox organized and cleared
- Reconciling the cash books against what has been posted
- Scanning/Filing (most electronically) Various
- It involves the ability to Multitask and stay organized.
- Other associated duties and other ad hoc tasks

Applicants must have a good standard of education including passes in GCSE or equivalent level in Mathematics and English. Applicants to be working towards their AAT completion or equivalent. IT skills with advanced Excel knowledge is beneficial.
