We are looking for a yard assistant, who is hard working, reliable and honest, at our storage yard in Barnet EN5 5YS. Ideally you would live locally.

The usual hours for this post is shift work.so either 7am till 3pm or 10am - 6pm and some Saturdays 8am - 4pm.

This is a full time role, which will include some weekend work.

28 days holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays

**The work will involve**:

- Cleaning and generally tidying the yard
- Customer service
- Occasional heavy lifting and manual handling
- Car driving licence required/essential
- Driving fork lift (licence preferable however training could be given)
- Maintenance of storage units
- Maintenance of fork lift
- Always follow Health and Safety Site rules

**The working hours;**
- Various, yard is open from 7am till 6pm and Saturday 8am till 4pm so different 8 hour shifts
- the part time shift will be mainly mon to fri 3pm to 6 pm
- Start at £12 ph

Experience in a similar environment would be preferred, and previous use of forklifts would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training would be given.
