Do you have experience working in the transport sector or a high-paced logistics environment? Are you ready to take on a new challenge where you can expand your current knowledge even more?
We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent, **Transport Administrator** to join our team in **Andover**, working in partnership with one of our supermarket customers at their distribution centre. You will be working on a **4 on 4 off** shift pattern, covering the hours of **06:00 - 18:00.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Undertake control of the yard desk
- Tachograph control in line with legal requirements
- Handle day-to-day queries from drivers, customers, and other internal departments
- Ensure that all drivers are debriefed and that all the paperwork is compliant

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Working Time Directives and EU Driver's hours
- Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced transport department
