We are looking for skilled 2 person tarmac crews within the Kent and East Sussex region, to join our dedicated Company. Due to the nature of the works, there may be a requirement to work out of hours (nightshift) or over the weekend, although notice will be given.

As part of the tarmac crew you will be required to do a variety of tasks to a high standard and there will be opportunities to progress within the company.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist and be part of the delivery of Day
- to
- Day maintenance, minor and major reinstatement projects.
- Provide first class service to our clients, along with quality and pride.
- Ensuring HSQE regulations are complied with at all times.
- Must be able to work to a program
- Daily site reporting along with site folders

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- General reinstatement experience - minimum 3 years
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential (7.5T License)
- Valid CSCS card is essential
- PTS competence is advantage
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication skills
- Able to adapt quickly to support colleagues and clients
- Methodical and structured approach to problem solving
- Relevant Tickets for competency of reinstatement on a public highway (streetworks/EUSR CAT 1 /2)
- Must have good team ethic and the drive to deliver projects on time

**Salary**: Negotiable depending on level of skill

Pay: £140.00-£180.00 per day
