**What we're looking for**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and memorable experience for guests
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus to assist with customer inquiries and recommendations
- Organizational skills to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivering food and beverages
- Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and adhere to personal hygiene standards
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing schedules, customer requests, and unexpected situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
