How would you like to work with business owners who want to buy or sell a business? It’s not like buying a house. You can’t simply put up a For Sale board and wait for viewings. A lot of detailed work goes on behind the scenes and you could be part of this.

If you have a good business mind, like the thrill of making a deal, and are brilliant at communicating with people during stressful situations then this may be the role for you.

**What is involved?**

When it’s time to sell a business, the owners often need the assistance of a business broker.

Their role is to locate and vet potential buyers. If someone is looking to buy a business the broker will help facilitate the evaluation process for potential businesses and franchises that are for sale.

This will involve finding business owners that want to sell their business and become their trusted advisors. You will confidentially market their business, find then vet buyers and handle the negotiations. Always working hard for your client to get the deal over the line.

**How does it work?**

The business broker role is set up as an independent contractor. It’s based on an uncapped commission to give you flexibility in your work-life balance whilst being rewarded for your efforts.

The role is well suited to anyone who is looking to learn a new professional skill. The additional benefits are being able to balance work with your other family or business commitments. You will receive payments as a result of brokering a successful deal and these can be significant amounts. The role is commission-based.

**The Company**

Transworld Business Advisors are specialists in business exits and acquisitions. Their focus is on three core concepts: business brokerage, franchise consulting and franchise development.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £1.00-£100,000.00 per year
