Duration: 6 Months

Rate: £350 - £404 per day

Status: Inside IR35

Location: Hybrid / Taunton, with flexible working

The purpose of the role is to lead the development of a wide range of new HR policy and procedures to support corporate strategy as required. HR Polices need to be developed or introduced that meet business needs, enhance the employee experience, are in line with the culture they support.

It is envisioned the role-holder will provide guidance to a number of junior HR colleagues who will assist in the development of policies including conducting research and drafting.

The role-holder will also be responsible for all implementation, leading on communications and training plans for HR staff, managers and employees.

Specific Technical/Functional Skills and Experience
- Chartered CIPD Member. Advanced (level 7) HR qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Experience of developing a range of HR Policies
- A good understanding of UK Employment law
- Experience of dealing with a wide range of stakeholders eg senior management and Trade Unions.
