**Your tasks**:
Duties Include:

- New business development.
- Integrating the West European Sales team to deliver on regional objectives.
- Delivery of objectives by ensuring effective coordination between the Sales team, Operations and the customer.
- Company growth strategy.
- Customer profitability management.
- Global customer relationship and satisfaction management.
- Key customer account business and strategic planning.
- Leadership of specific customer support centre (CSC) team including the local administrative process authority.
- Promotion and marketing of new technologies and innovations.

**Your profile**:

- Degree level or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
- Minimum of 9 years’ experience within the automotive industry working with tier 1 suppliers.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, tier 1 and manufacturing components/systems supply.
- Good communication skills and self-presentation.
- Automotive OEM experience.
- Leadership skills.
- The ability to be resilient under pressure.
- A strong commercial acumen.
- The ability to work as a team player.
