Volunteer Co-ordinator

**To assist the Operations Manager in supporting the successful recruitment and retention of volunteers to aid the continued expansion of the Aylsham Care Trust through marketing, recruitment and then mentoring the volunteers throughout their journey with ACT.**

The responsibilities of the role are:
Identify networking and event opportunities to raise profile and encourage recruitment

Identify marketing opportunities to promote volunteer roles

Attend networking and events to promote volunteer recruitment and activity

Work with colleagues across the organisation to identify volunteer opportunities

Recruit, induct and train new volunteers with the skill set to support the opportunities as they arise

Support volunteers with their training and development and maintain accurate online records

Regular well being contact with all volunteers

Work with Operations Manager on celebratory events

Experienced volunteer coordinator

Excellent communication skills
