**Assistant Estate Gardener - Full or Part-Time Hours (25 per week)**
Are you looking to work as an Assistant Estate Gardener on a beautiful large private estate in the Kent countryside?
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn about Estate gardening and grow their knowledge. The Head Gardener is willing to train the right person who will be passionate about gardening and have a keen eye for detail.
The Estate has formal & informal gardens, meadows, a swimming pool area, and a parkland area.
**Job Specification**:
- Mowing & lawn care maintenance
- Ground preparation
- Seasonal planting including planters
- pruning
- strimming
- Winter garden maintenance
**Person Specification**:
- Hort knowledge or ideally qualified
- Team Player
- Excellent communicationskills
- Have good attention to detail
- Professional and passionate with a can-do attitude
- some understanding of Machinery maintenance
- Driver
You will need to be a driver as there is no public transport nearby,
Hours Mon - Fri 8 - 4.30 with no weekend work
- PPE supplied.
- 20 days days + All bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
