**The Role**:
The IT Support Specialist will be a core part of our operations, ensuring smooth communication between teams and offering top-tier support to our customers (physiotherapy clinics) and their patients who are using our augmented reality software in the clinic and at-home for rehabilitation.

This role requires a tech-savvy individual with a strong communication backbone, who is highly organised and someone who is eager to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.

*Full time role, requires a physical presence at our Stafford office (ST16 2LP).

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support & Device Configuration**:

- Set up and configure HoloLens and Magic Leap devices as per company guidelines.
- Assist in the remote management and troubleshooting of devices deployed in the field.

**Customer Support**:

- Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with the quality, engineering, and customer success teams to coordinate effective solutions for customers.

**Software Testing Support**:

- Assist the QA team with software testing tasks.
- Report software bugs and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.

**Inter-departmental Communication**:

- Act as a communication bridge between various teams.
- Ensure that all teams are aligned and updated regarding customer feedback and device performance.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Show initiative to learn, develop and grow your skills.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- High proficiency in using computer technology
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues for device set-up.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Pro-active and demonstrates initiative, self-motivated.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field not required but is a plus.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
