**Plumbing & Heating Sales Assistant Role Responsibility**
- Maintain and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all plumbing and heating products offered including keeping up to date with all new P&H product innovation
- Build strong customer relationships to promote repeat business and add-on sales
- Work closely with the P&H Manager to create profitable sales growth
- Negotiate sales, in accordance with sales budgets and gross profit margin targets
- Ensure that quotations are always followed up
- Collaboration with overall branch team to assist the Branch Manager and other colleagues in operating the branch as efficiently and profitably as possible
- Working closely with suppliers to display and promote products
- Maintain company core stock and manage slow-moving stock lines and obsolete stock
- Maintain a well-stocked, clean, tidy and safe working environment, adhering to the Company’s health and safety policy and procedure at all times
- Completion all required online training modules or attend any required training courses
- Any other duties, express or implied, deemed reasonable within the scope of the job role, as required by your line manager.
