The Senior People Partner must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all HR disciplines. You should be able to manage programmes and lead staff with a strong focus on relationships, culture and business growth.
- Leading on key recruitment activity and partnering with the business to ensure right ‘team shape’ and capability spread.
- Leading the delivery of strategic projects as required.
- Drive EDI, internal wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the business.
- Delivery and development of training to internal teams, ongoing coaching and support.
- Act as a key point of connection between leadership and wider business ensuring that feedback is captured, escalated and acted upon as appropriate.
- Lead on Talent Management to ensure that relevant processes are in place to identify, track and develop key talent across the business.
- Development of People team members.
- Works in close partnership with the business to ensure that L&D needs and plans are developed and delivered to drive performance, engagement and to support succession
- Drive and deliver improvements across the employee lifecycle to improve, recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention.
- Drive user adoption and operational improvements of internal tools and processes
- Oversee day-to-day activity of the wider HR team and ensure operational effectiveness.

Role Requirements
- 7+ years of corporate HR experience.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering a people strategy
- Strong Internal Communications experience
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Experience in establishing and developing a central HR function
