**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to join our Commercial team. The Commercial Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by providing excellent customer service, building and managing customer relationships and fulfilling an administrative function to support our portfolio of business customers and contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- **Customer Onboarding**: Dealing with new business enquiries, supporting customers through the onboarding process, providing business introduction and demo calls to enable customers to start enjoying the benefits of our service as quickly as possible.
- **Customer Service**: Ensuring customers receive an excellent level of customer service in every interaction, dealing with queries and complaints promptly and effectively, and going the extra mile to ensure we win and retain customers.
- **Sales Support**: Supporting the sales team to drive sales by gathering customer data, providing insight and feedback on customer experiences and liaising with customers to identify opportunities to up-sell.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Educated to at least GCSE level including at least a C in Maths and English.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a customer service, administrator, sales or account management role
- Proven track record of success in previous roles, preferably a B2B role and ideally within the transportation or healthcare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to articulate themselves clearly.
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Desirable).
