We are currently looking to fill the position of a Floor Supervisor at our Restaurant If you are friendly, possess good communication skills, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the floor, ensuring that employees are meeting their targets, and upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hove: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
