**An Exciting Opportunity to join Clyde Homecare as a Care Coordinator has Opened in our Clydebank Office**
**Clyde Homecare is a leading national provider of care at home**, providing individualised packages of care to support and enable people to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home and are looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator to join our Clydebank Office team.
This is an office-based role with flexibility to cover personal care in a given situation so to be considered for this role you **MUST be a driver with access to your own vehicle.**

What we require/ What is expected of the role:
**Experience in Rostering systems, to cover services, make ad hoc changes to rotas and send them to Care Assistant’s on a weekly basis (or when required for changes)**
**Confidence to work alone or as part of a team; reporting and working with Quality Officers and Registered Managers to ensure Quality and Compliance of the highest standard.**
**Working with Recruitment Officers to ensure services needing support are made aware and can be recruited for as a priority.**
**Flexibility to cover out-of-hours service on weeknights and rota’d weekends.**
**Excellent Time-Management and Communication skills to work in a high pressure environment and ensure all tasks are completed promptly and to the highest standard.**
**Motivated Individuals who are keen to take on a new challenge and progress in your career, develop and enhance skills and be part of a vibrant and inclusive team.**
