This clerical role sits within the School of Environmental Sciences Student Experience Team and will primarily provide a defined administrative service to the academic and professional services staff involved in Quality and Enhancement. This post will be part of the Education Sub Team. You will work at School level, work across both departments and be required to support the wider student experience as required. You will report directly to the Student Experience Coordinator (Assessment and Welfare). This is an on-campus front-facing role based in the School¿s Student Support Offices. This is a busy, varied and important role requiring a meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multi-task to ensure that all tasks are executed effectively to the highest of standards. The successful applicant will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in providing a service that exceeds expectations. You should have 3 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language or relevant experience.
