**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead our expansion into the temporary and permanent labour market within the South and West Yorkshire region..

We embrace individuality and will provide you with the autonomy and freedom to achieve success in a way that compliments your skills and preferred working approach.

You will have the freedom to be creative with your approach without the restrictions of strict cold calling targets.

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am - 4:30pm

**This role will involve**:

- Identifying prospective clients and business opportunities through effective and consistent sales activity.
- Consulting, advising on, and selling the most appropriate solution for your clients.
- Negotiation and agreement of commercials on both temporary and permanent opportunities.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of your clients and assignments.
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice

- Ability to communicate and adapt to suit the audience
