Dog Boarder/sitter

Animals at Home Southampton are looking for loveing dog boarders in the Southampton area that can offer their time to care for our clients dogs when they are on holiday or looking for daytime care

This position is offered on a self employed basis and is a part time position

We pride ourselves on offering the highest level of care to our doggy customers during their stay so all of our boarders need to be licenced, DBS checked and pet first aid trained - but don’t worry, we will support you through this process

To join our team you:

- Obviously, must love dogs as much as we do and you must have some experience caring for and handling dogs previously
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Will need to be able to commit to being at home during a dogs stay, not leaving them alone for more than 3 hours at a time.
- Must be able to commit to walking dogs in your care each day in all weather conditions
- Must have a secure, private garden
- Should have good communication skills and be comfortable connecting and speaking to our customers
- Must be able to provide regular updates to our customers during a dogs stay with you

We welcome applicants from anyone with their own home or homeowner’s written permission. Given the nature of the role, it may suit semi-retired or retired people, someone looking for part time hours or someone who works from home.

**Salary**: £100.00-£150.00 per week
