**Position Summary**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead development of new products from problem definition through solution discovery to commercialisation
- Drive continuous improvement of our emulsifiers lab and coordinate capability development globally with the Technology teams
- Develop global marketing strategies with the Sales Manager and Business Manager
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver program outcomes at contract laboratories and service providers
- Contribute effectively as an individual and as part of globally-distributed, cross-functional teams
- Undertake business travel to customers and conferences
