Arcade Attendant/floorwalker

Responsibilities:

- Provide refreshments to customers, answer queries, and give assistance where required
- Perform cash top-ups on the machines as and when necessary
- Keep the machines and all areas of the arcade clean and tidy. Be prepared to learn how to perform minor running repairs when required.
- Report machine faults as per Company procedures, and in a timely manner

**Experience**:

- Previous cash handling
- Basic math skills/numeracy
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and other team members
- Fluent in EnglishThis role includes day and evening shifts, plus weekends and Bank Holidays. The successful applicant will normally work five days out of seven, between the hours of 8.00am and 11.00pm, with a start date within the next few weeks, allowing for any necessary notice periods. Applicants should have a reasonable degree of physical fitness, as they will be on their feet for several hours at a time, and also need to be capable of safely manoeuvring and repositioning machines. Due to licensing laws, the successful applicant must be 18 or over.
