**37 hours per week**

**Home based with some travel to Dorchester/ Somerset**

A great opportunity has arisen for an Asset Officer to join the Asset Investment department at Magna Housing.

You will be an enthusiastic and committed individual and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that works in partnership with colleagues.

You will assist in the development of survey programs and analyse and record property data.

You will also be responsible for providing administration support to the Asset Investment team.

**Your key responsibilities will** **be**:

- To ensure that our customers are provided with a high level of customer service
- To ensure that our recording and reporting of data is entered correctly thus maintaining our compliance requirements.
- To assist the Project Managers and Surveyors in delivering our planned works and cyclical program for our customers.
- You will produce and record performance information

You will ideally have knowledge in the housing and construction sector and possess a minimum of Maths and English at GCSE level.

You will be well organised and logical and be capable of concise and accurate work.

You will have very good numeracy, IT, and interpersonal skills.
